Chitra Shah has 20+ years of experience in consulting and Industry across geographies. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), MBA from UCLA and a Chartered Accountant (India CPA). Starting her career in corporate finance, Chitra served in multiple companies in leadership roles. She has industry experience across geographies in Banking, Consulting and FMCG companies. Worked in Goldman Sachs, Internet Brands, Korn Ferry, Well a managing corporate finance, due diligence, financial reporting and change management. She brings on expert knowledge in planning and execution of change management and transformation of the company. Her leadership efforts in Korn Ferry and Well a related to integration after the complex M&A transaction helped the organization to establish synergies among newly merged corporates with large organizations. She is a founder of “Quad Assure” providing business advisory and execution services on finance, operations, Capability Centers, post M&A transaction integration. She actively participates in financial awareness among youth and women. She mentors founders and students from UCLA and other universities. She believes that perseverance, persistence, and hard work are the keys to unlocking potential. In her free time, she loves travelling, biking, hiking, and spending time with family.
